We are looking for Automotive Sales Professionals to join our sales team! We are seeking someone with a background in car sales and a strong work ethic! We are seeking individuals who are reliable, detail oriented, can work independently and are ready to grow in our fast paced dealership! Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities · Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot. · Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. · Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects. · Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase. · Build strong rapport with customers. · Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. · Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards. · Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Automotive Sales Consultant Qualifications · Car sales experience is helpful but not required · Must have customer service experience · Valid driver's license · Positive attitude and demeanor · Strong listening and verbal communication skills · Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals · Strong phone skills and computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,106.00 - $89,539.00 per year
